Government Assisted Housing

Jobco has completed a broad range of projects for federal, state, and local housing authorities, including the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

We provide general construction and turnkey development services for subsidized housing, including low income housing and rental housing.

In addition, we exceed federal minimum property standards and are familiar with all New York State and New York City housing agencies.

Our experience includes HUD standard violations repair and maintenance of rental properties to HUD standards. We also assist property owners in meeting governmental agency compliance standards.
