 Michael S. PuntilloFounderMr. Puntillo, a graduate Industrial Engineer from New York University, represents his family's third generation in the building industry. As Jobco's founder, he has been a moving force behind Jobco's continued growth and was named "Man Of The Year In Real Estate" in 1976 by the C.W. Post Center of Long Island University Graduate School of Business Administration. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters by New York Institute of Technology in 2007. Mr. Puntillo is Chairman of the Sands Point Planning Board and is also a member of the Society of Military Engineers, the American Planning Association, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.  Robert M. Pascucci, Esq., P.E.PresidentMr. Pascucci is a Professional Engineer, Attorney At Law, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and St. John's University, School of Law. Mr. Pascucci's professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the World Presidents' Organization. Mr. Pascucci is a member of the Green Vale School Board of Trustees, the World Presidents' Organization, Metro (NY) Chapter Board of Directors, the Nassau County AHRC Foundation Board, the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club Bronx Board of Managers, and the Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club Board of Managers. With Jobco since 1980, Mr. Pascucci has been the driving force behind the Company's significant expansion and growth as one of the leading construction, development and real estate management firms in the Northeast. Mr. Pascucci maintains a personal presence with clients by continuing to oversee all aspects of construction as well as development and residential property management operations. Robert B. Welner, P.E., M.B.A.Executive Vice PresidentMr. Welner is a Professional Engineer licensed in New York and New Jersey, and a Real Estate Broker licensed in New York. He is a graduate of City College of New York with a B.E. in Civil Engineering, and a Baruch College Graduate, with an M.B.A. in Management and Finance. Mr. Welner's experience includes corporate facilities planning, design, and construction at NYNEX Corporation; real estate consulting and owner's representation for the Edward S. Gordon Company; and an executive at the Koren Diresta Construction Company. At Jobco, Mr. Welner directs business development activities. In addition, he serves as project executive from building inception, through financing and construction completion. Mr. Welner is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Construction Institute. |
