Jobco provides value engineering analyses for every project, beginning with an assessment of the design. We evaluate how it will accomplish its purpose and how it can most economically be achieved. We also determine what materials and techniques will best result in a quality project that meets our client's cost objectives.

In addition, we examine alternate systems to determine the best combination of price, materials, function, aesthetics and schedule for every project segment. Value engineering is critical in the construction process, particularly during the design phase, because the savings that are often realized can range from 10% to 20% of the overall construction cost.
